- 1st or 2nd weekend of December; Saturday & Sunday respectively

TOURNAMENT FORMAT :
- Individual medal play
- 2 day event
- Day 1: independent paring (tee-off as convenient)
- Day 2: committee paring (tee-off as per locked period for each flight; flights which do not tee-off within allotted period will be disqualified)
- Tee-off time 7.00 AM - 12 noon daily
- Special Tourist Category : 07.00 AM - 09.00 AM
- Members Category : 09.00 AM - 12.00 noon
- Ladies Category : 09.00 AM - 09.30 AM
- Flight C : 09.30 AM - 10.30 AM
- Flight B : 10.30 AM - 11.30 AM
- Flight A : 11.30 AM - 12.00 noon
- Play-off LOW GROSS only : Holes # 1,5&9 sudden death (in case of tie for Low Gross)
